Little Dean Cot is situated in Warren Street Road on the Kent North Downs approximately 3 miles equidistant from the two charming and historic villages of Charing and Lenham. These two villages have a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.

 In addition there is a bar/restaurant and a pub both within 1 mile of the property. The Harrow on the Hill at Warren Street provides a comfortable bar with food and also an a la carte restaurant. The Bowl Inn in Bowl Road is a lovely old country pub. Known for its selection of real ale throughout the year, it also holds a popular beer festival weekend in July.

It is an excellent area for walking and horse riding with many footpaths and bridleways. The North Downs or Pilgrims Way is within a short walking distance to the South of the property.

The roads are very quiet so it is also good cycling countryside and there are opportunities for horse riding, hot air ballooning and gliding within easy reach of the property.
